How long will it take to get my order?
Orders ship in 3 to 5 business days. Most customers receive their orders within 4 to 7 business days of placing them.

Do I need to be there to sign for it?
If you're not home, the driver will leave it at your door. 

What if I live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico?
We can ship to you! There is a flat rate shipping fee of $12.95 for these locations.

I have a P.O. box or APO/FPO address?
Sorry, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

I'm not home, will my order be delivered?
We usually leave it up to the drivers unless you have specific instructions. They will first try to get you at home and if after a couple times they can't get you, they'll drop the package off at your doorstep or leave it with a building manager.

All purchases from GrowPharmaceuticals.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
